請問如何在兩格以內，使用函數控制，一格是每次開啟的日期，一格是則設有限制日期的函數及讀取另一格日期來判讀顯示自訂的中文字
例：今天日期2013/10/01，設定到期日為2013/10/05，則顯示有效
相反的，今天日期2013/10/06，設定到期日為2013/10/05，則顯示失效
2013/10/05則顯示到期

能否請達人講述仔細點，簡單明瞭，運用哪些函數做搭配之類的，直接給公式最佳，跪求答案，感激不盡
