北院開庭 選定醫師幫阿扁精神鑑定

台北地方法院今天上午開庭審理前總統陳水扁被控違反國家機密保護法案，由於阿扁身心狀態不佳，法官傳法務部矯正署官員及辯護律師研商後，決定選擇高雄長庚醫院名譽副院長陳順勝醫師，就近在培德醫院或台中榮總幫阿扁做精神鑑定。
