天王劉德華又要當爸爸了嗎？繼前年喜獲女兒之後，傳出華仔的太太朱麗倩再懷孕，而且可能是男丁。

面對這樣的傳言，華仔在香港出席手錶活動時，有粉絲高喊「祝華仔身體健康、越來越帥、家裡多添一名成員」華仔聽完笑著說，所有祝福一一收下，一切順其自然，感激大家，跟之前例行回應「乖啦」完全不同，被解讀真的劉家又有喜，但對於這項傳言，經紀公司以藝人私事，不做任何回應。
