請問一般的借據有法律效用嗎？

您好

借據沒有分為一般或特別的

但是債務超過十五年

債務人就可以拒絕清償

雖然債權債務都可以由繼承人繼承

但是主要是債務已經超過時效

且用土地擔保必須要至地政機關去登記

這樣寫是沒有效力的
