立院初審通過修法 加重狼師懲處

立法院教育與文化委員會今初審通過「性別平等教育法」第二十五條修正草案，對於校園性侵害、性騷擾或性霸凌加害人，除原本的道歉、再教育等處置措施外，明文規定罰則包括「申誡、記過、解聘、停聘、不續聘」等懲處方式。

提案的民進黨立委邱志偉表示，老師侵犯、騷擾學生後，往往因為掌握成績、畢業與否的權力，導致學生選擇隱忍，不敢揭發惡行，然而原條文處罰太輕，提出修法盼增加嚇阻效果。
