acer ultrabook s3還原問題

我買了acer ultrabook s3
但是我的目的是要退貨 因為硬體有問題

基本上還超級新不需要備份 其實也沒甚麼見不得人的東西
我只擔心還原以後清得不夠乾淨留下個資甚麼的

我其實是電腦白癡
我只按了Acer eRecovery Management恢复系统 
其他我都不懂到底OK了沒

因為我看到他說要把C朝重新來過
我是按照這個網頁做的

那請問這樣的話 之前我曾請人家幫我弄了D朝
我希望所有的東西可以被覆蓋掉
