新屋交了半年就在漏水了阿~~天阿~~~~

哈哈...
看來，半年前房市太熱了，大家都在趕完工囉。
台南這邊也是，板大我是做室內裝潢的，我們工作室後方的建案，
也是大約半年前完工的，前陣子的大雨... 讓建商的粗劣品質打出原形...
不是我們裝潢的問題， 是整片社區每一戶都在漏水
因為這漏水造成我們裝潢必須要拆。

現在社區的住戶每一戶都在打針...
也一起聯合向建商求償，就看建商怎麼處理

所以，板大您應該問問，其它鄰居是否有相同問題，
建商要怎麼處理。
新屋都有保固啦...
