民進黨：陳致中最快2015年才能再入黨

針對前總統陳水扁兒子陳致中申請恢復民進黨籍案，民進黨發言人王閔生今天表示，根據黨規，凡是退黨參選者「視同除名處分」，必須滿5年才能重新入黨。

陳致中在2010年6月退出民進黨、參選高雄市議員，他在今年9月28日申請恢復黨籍，民進黨高雄市黨部今天通過陳致中申請再入黨案。

對此，王閔生說，陳致中2010年6月退黨參選市議員，與他狀況相同者，當時共有11人。退黨參選者視同除名處分，並無例外；陳致中最快要等到2015年6月才能重新申請入黨。
