房價高漲　8成民眾不滿房市現況

【張菱育／台北報導】樂屋網進行房市滿意度網路民調，結果有78%民眾不滿意目前房市狀況，22%民眾表示無奈但還可接受，普遍認為目前房價過高，但也理解房價上漲是無可避免的。

對於政府要落實「居住正義」的成效，有高達73%民眾不滿意，僅5%滿意。不滿意的民眾中有57%認為政府和建商持續在炒地，根本沒有落實居住正義的決心、17%認為因合宜住宅戶數少，僅有部分民眾受惠、14%認為政府提供的優惠房貸縮水，對首購族的負擔增加。
