台汽電高層涉自肥　未損公司利益不起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】台電轉投資股票上市台汽電公司(8926)，日前遭人檢舉指2009年9月間，當時董事長李原宣、總經理徐崧富、副總經理余廣勛未經董事會同意，巧立名目發放8303萬元專案激勵獎金自肥，李、徐、余3人因此各分得300萬元、1000萬元及950萬元，涉嫌違反《證券交易法》特別背信罪。
 
檢方查出，專案激勵獎金政策是在李原宣接任台電董事長前，由前任董事長簽准，李上任後只是執行前任董事長政策，且因營運獲利超過預期，導致相關人員領到的獎金超過預期，且事後台汽電董事會也調整董事長等高層領得獎金上限，李原宣等人也將差額繳回公司，檢方認為沒造成公司損害，今將李原宣等人不起訴。
