她是素食者　但不吃蔬果

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名素食主義者，但患上蔬菜恐懼症（lachanophobia），讓她無法進食蔬菜及水果，導致她嚴重偏食。

現年34歲的維亞絲(Dee Vyas)，自小就很怕肉類的味道，但她也不喜歡看到水果及蔬菜，或聞到其味道，「父母還以為我是偏食者」。直到12歲，維亞絲決定不再忍下去，從此不再觸及任何蔬果。

素食者不吃肉，又無法忍受蔬果，那還能吃什麽？她日常會以米、義大利麵、馬鈴薯、起司及巧克力為飲食。但這個餐單令她飲食嚴重失衡，出現超重，她身高152公分，但體重有59公斤。她上班帶的便當大多是馬鈴薯片、巧克力和碳酸飲料，有時她會喝熱巧克力或咖啡當午餐。

現在英國有數千人患上蔬菜恐懼症，醫治方法主要透過心理治療，減低患者對新鮮蔬果的恐懼感。
