白內障年輕化　中年男險失明

【張博亭／台北報導】「花了幾萬元換了好多副眼鏡，為什麼還看不清楚？」，小心這可能是白內障造成視力的急遽惡化，開業眼科醫師王孟祺日前收治一位40多歲的男性公務員，到院時驗光竟然近視超過3千度，幾乎快要失明，檢查發現，原來是因高度近視合併引起白內障，造成眼睛的度數快速惡化，經人工水晶體置換後，患者已重見光明。

王孟祺指出，白內障是導致失明的第一大眼病，60歲以上有80%的人會受困擾，雖白內障好發於55歲的老年人，但現也有年輕化趨勢，主要是使用電子產品或從小看書未維持適當距離，導致年輕時就高度近視，更可能提早出現白內障。王孟祺指出，若易視覺疲勞、常流淚，且近距離閱讀困難、怕光，甚至視力模糊，都應盡速就醫，透過即時3D電腦斷層掃描影像，透過精準的飛秒無刀雷射，可取代原本的人工刀械手術操作。
