洗噴油嘴週期

小弟家裡的車為2010年2月的ALTIS，目前里程數56000左右。上次回廠保養時，原廠有建議做清洗噴油嘴的動作，不過因為目前開起來並沒有油門遲鈍等問題，所以就說不用。
現在，想請問各位的愛車都是多久做一次噴油嘴清洗呢? 另外，因為明年2月份就要過保了，不知道過保前要交代原廠特別檢查哪些項目呢?(上次有交代特別檢查避震器，無漏油。)
