坑殺兩基金及散戶38億　日盛投信前投資長起訴

【綜合報導】最高檢特偵組偵辦政府基金代操弊案，查出日盛投信專戶部前投資長陳平與前寶來投信協理瞿乃正，涉嫌利用代操勞保、勞退基金機會，以人頭低買高賣基金投資的股票，3年內共套取7千餘萬元暴利，卻導致兩基金與眾多投資人損失達38餘億元，特偵組依違反《證券交易法》與背信罪，將2人起訴。
