標題[討論] HTC的售後服務

大家講到HTC，常常是說，優點是售後服務好，缺點是賣的價格比較高 這不是很矛盾嗎? 難道大家覺得售後服務不應該算在成本裡面? 大家覺得應該要像某牌一樣，增加的成本都是用在行銷上 或是降低成本提供很差的售後服務，讓手機的價格壓低 這樣會比較好嗎? 事實上這兩種策略賣的還真的比HTC賣得好，也就是大家普遍認為售後服務不值錢囉? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.30.78
