經部研議鼓勵加薪　張家祝：企業應拿出部分利潤回饋員工

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕經濟部長張家祝17日表示，經濟部研究發現，台灣其實還是有很多企業獲利不錯，不能因為成本提高，就不調薪，應該拿出一部分利潤回饋員工，增加員工的生產力、向心力，經濟部正在研議鼓勵企業加薪的一些誘因，包括各種獎助、補助措施，租稅獎勵也是其中之一，將在提出完整規畫後，送到行政院進行跨部會研議。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/B58Hbq3iFak" height="1" width="1"/>
