前些日子跟朋友走在路上發現一個皮包就起了貪念撿起來沒有環給人家
看到皮包裡面沒有錢我們就直接把他丟掉
後來對方有報案我們也被找到了
我想知道的是雖然對方不想追究不過已經報上去了一定要判
後來開庭法官說要繳五萬給國庫我們繳不出來
法官就說請我們回家緩起訴
之後是要等判決書來??
這樣子最重會被判什麼刑??
我最想知道的是被關的機率高不高被關的話會關多久
希望有人能幫我解答謝謝
