標題[問題] 告知懷孕=暗示要離職嗎?

我本身有不孕症 人工受孕之類搞了半天後終於有了 但一開始不太穩有時候會流血 又要一天到晚加班 前幾天有個活動要員工配合假日去站整天宣傳 我跟老闆娘說我好像疑似有身孕 這階段可能不太適合整天站 他說出許多非常體諒的話 但是昨天就有人來問我說為什麼老闆在徵我這個位置的人 (我這位置只有我一個 已經做三年了) 然後公司同事也不知道為什麼不太理我了 懷孕在職場像是得癌症嗎?告知懷孕的我還沒要離職的計畫啊 為什麼直接就開始找人了? 最後想問,那老闆叫我離職的時候會給我離職補貼嗎?還是要自願離職? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.250.201.76
