【陳怡妏／綜合外電報導】日本政府內閣會議今（25日）通過嚴懲洩露國家機密者的《特定秘密保護法案》，凡洩露國家機密的公務員，或以「不當手段」取得特定機密者，都將面臨最高10年徒刑。但反對者擔憂新法將遭濫用，且新法對「不當手段」的定義曖昧不清，記者可能因為披露國家弊端觸法，日本律師公會批評新法侵犯民眾「知的權利」。
