半夜上阿里山盜採檜木　遭警攔檢查獲

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】中埔分局義仁派出所今天清晨1時執行巡邏勤務，在阿里山公路發現一輛由楊姓男子（32歲）駕駛的轎車行跡可疑進行盤查，警員聞到車內有濃郁檜木氣味，於後行李廂內當場查扣4塊重89.72公斤紅檜木，於是帶回偵辦。
 
楊男辯稱是向一名綽號「黑豬」的男子購得，警方偵訊後依違反森林法、贓物等罪嫌，移送嘉義地檢署偵辦。
