江揆：大二膽明年6月前移交金縣府

行政院長江宜樺抵金門視察，邀集國防部、文化部與金門縣政府相關單位，針對大、二膽島開放觀光事宜進行最後評估。江揆表示，期望可在明年6月底前一次性移交管轄權予縣府，未來朝「先文化資產保存、後建設開發」方式逐步對外開放。

江揆也說，移交後，島上仍將保有適當的兵力，有其軍事與政治之象徵意義，非配合觀光客拍照取景。
