請問這種三插頭要如何裝？

下面兩孔是火線，上面兩孔是地線，中間兩孔是接地線。

問題一：請問我把電線接到其中之一的火線與地線外，是否要處理叧外兩孔呢？是用叧一條線分別把兩個火線及兩地地線連接起來，還是直接把剩餘的火線與地線連起來呢？

問題二：沒有第三線時,接地線是否可以直接用一條電線接在螺絲上與牆壁接連就有效了呢？為何接地線有兩條？可以兩條一起連在一顆螺絲上嗎？謝謝回答！
