 【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園地景藝術節第二天，看小鴨的民眾清晨六點多就湧進後湖塘，但觀景步道在上午9時才開放，許多民眾趁工作人員交接空檔紛紛溜上步道近拍小鴨，步道上一早就塞滿人潮，甚至有人站在護欄上，或跨越步道管制線拍攝而險象環生，主辦單位也預估今天參觀人潮可能超過二十萬人次
