柯文哲今發表市政理念與願景

台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今天在台灣公義會的記者會上，宣布台北市政理念及願景，包括「公義社會、美麗城市、杜絕浪費、改善赤字、用人唯才、廉能效率、便民利民、安全和諧、打破藍綠、務實共進」。

不過，柯文哲強調，這不是他參選的聲明，而是每隔一段時間「向人民報告」。
