大統台東營業所退貨經費用磬 恐求償無門

大統長基爆發黑心油案，民眾紛紛前往消費通路辦理退貨，大統台東營業所經費也被退領一空。由於，檢方已經扣押大統及負責人名下不動產及銀行帳戶，而銀行為確保債權，也行使抵銷權，尚未退貨的消費者，將可能面臨求償無門的情況。

買到大統問題油品的消費者氣急敗壞的投訴，黑心油吃下肚已經夠倒楣了，要將油品退貨在各通路也遇到困難，有的店家需要當初購買的發票、有的則是要有當初購買記錄，為了辦理退貨，民眾疲於奔命；而大統公司位在台東市的營業所辦理退貨的經費，早就已經用完，負責人說，因為經費已經用完，消費者只能事先留下電話、告知要退貨的瓶數，等候辦理退貨的通知。

由於，大統長基事件愈滾愈大，大統長基及高振利名下的銀行帳戶「轉眼成空」，民眾憂心最終有可能求償無門；大統公司台東營業所表示，已經向總公司申請經費，民眾可憑發票、食用油空瓶及開封或未開封的油品，辦理退貨，民眾可事先撥打電話089-320960、320961詢問退費事宜，以免白跑一趟。（照片：吳鳳雪攝）
