標題[請益] 請問人力銀行履歷的需要一直投嗎?

小弟新鮮人，目前正在投研發替代役 想請問履歷有需要一直投嗎? 有些人說一直投準沒錯(2.3天一次)!? 有些人說投了人資會依序看，如果新投，會重新排序!? 想請問大家的經驗是如何或是有沒有在人資部門工作的人可以回答呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.121.136.28
