富味鄉信託500萬元　作消費者損害賠償

【曾佳俊／新北報導】繼提出新台幣5000萬元作為退貨保證擔保金後，新北市消保官今表示，經再與富味鄉公司協調，請其再提出現金500萬元，作為信託財產，以消費者或使用者為受益人，成立損害財產信託，可作為日後消費者退貨、健康損害等求償之用，此為「專款專用」，預計明天之前專戶就會與銀行完成簽約，未來不用擔心遭到其他債權人行使抵押權，而無處求償。
