聯合報社長項國寧今天在第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇上報告「兩岸新聞與出版邁入新匯流時代」，期盼兩岸主管部門開放媒體常駐，同時開放非政治性商業廣告。項國寧說，兩岸應「認識彼此差異、發揮彼此長處」，加強媒體交流合作。
