在內蒙古赤峰市上空出現了怪異天象，根據光明網報導，11月1日上午9時左右，彩虹『倒掛』在太陽之上，像微笑的表情，太陽周圍有很大的光暈，光暈兩側還有光點，貌似被太陽截斷的彩虹兩端。
