最近在遠傳直營店買了ㄧ台sonyz1手機，用不到ㄧ個月上星期拿回去維修了，我聽說sony的手機維修率很高，在加上先前在另外ㄧ家門市買了ㄧ台sonyzu手機也是ㄧ個月內維修兩次我要求換了別家廠牌的手機，事情才處理好，隔沒幾天換z1送修，因不同門市，我可要求退費或換牌子嗎？備註:送修是手機本身的問題，而不是人為因素
