【黎百代／桃園報導】桃園縣政府文化局原先預計今下午4時後視情形讓小鴨下水，但最新訊息，開會決議後為了加速下水的進度，以及在避免在夜間工作的危冺險，決定今下午3時後開始管制民眾，小鴨園區只出不進，提醒民眾下午3時後不要再到小鴨園區，可轉往點點藝術、蓮花等展區參觀。
