不保二！台經院下修今年GDP至1.92%

台灣經濟研究院今天公布下修今（2013）年全年經濟成長率（GDP）預測值為1.93%，較上次預估的2.52%下修了0.59個百分點，是國內經濟預測機構第一家提出「不保二」。

台經院表示，貿易情勢到了第3季仍不理想，民間投資熱度冷卻，景氣表現欲振乏力，而10月前三周出口表現仍然不佳，加上基期因素影響，預估今年第4季經濟成長2.05%，僅些微優於第3季。
