鐵路地下化　南港中古屋漲2成

【記者王筱君／台北報導】南港鐵路地下化使昔日被視為都市陰暗角落的鐵道區，如今成建商眼中的潛力地段，市民大道六至八段周邊陸續有「信義國際」、「翔譽101」、「東方晶鑽」新案推出，近3年區域中古屋行情漲幅達3成。

市民大道六至八段連結信義、松山與南港區，南港近期有大南港計劃、南港輪胎兩自辦重劃案，連帶拉抬周邊中古屋行情，南港區中古屋房價每坪60.6萬元，３年漲幅高達21%，松山區每坪約71.1萬元，漲幅12.9%。
