我在某間專利事務所任職兩個月多。 可是最後要走得時候，其實我心裡有預感了啦。 某天特助（不是老闆）下班叫我寫離職申請書。 但是我發現他是非自願的。我就說我不簽。然後他就在申請書上面加上非自願（他手寫） 他要我隔天交接完就離開。 10/17離職當日，他說離職證明，薪資明細等等的都無法當天開立給我。而且不願意支付 資遣費，也不說到底什麼時候之前我可以收到證明，我講了超久但是沒用 我有錄音到的部份是我跟特助說根據勞基法你應該付給我非自願離職證明還有資遣費 他只會跟鬼打墻一樣說：我知道了 後來會計說他會給我資遣費大約兩千多元。 所以我就只能等11/5號看匯進來的錢是多少了。 只是他開給我的證明掃描檔是開『離職證明』不是非自願離職 理由是『不適任-試用期間』 我該怎麼辦阿阿 阿阿。請各位大大救我 對了我明明是10/17離職證明上面他寫9/30離職！！！！！！！！！！！！ -- http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000222852780 この胸がちぎれて 心えぐり取られ それでもいい 抱きしめたい -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.62.82
