江揆：油品商簽切結不實 刑責5年以下

針對食用油業者對衛福部簽署保證品質的切結書，卻仍被查出混充有害物質油品的情況，行政院長江宜樺5日表示，廠商行為已涉及偽造文書與詐欺罪嫌，刑責將從3年以下有期徒刑，提高到5年以下有期徒刑。
