林淑芬爆料退休鄭姓幕僚獻策　衛福部否認

【蔡明樺／台北報導】立委林淑芬在臉書上爆料，指衛福部10月30日發出油品下架的烏龍公文案，除仍在法規會擔任參事的高姓幕僚向部長邱文達獻策外，還有一位鄭姓幕僚，在該部改組前半年就退休，且退休後仍常到衛福部替部長做事，甚至會指揮司長辦公室，最近還簽了派令，大家都知道鄭是「幫部長辦事的人」。
 
衛福部發言人王哲超強調，鄭姓幕僚指的是部長室前參事鄭聰明，但鄭半年前已退休，且從沒參加過部長召集的食安會議。
