百貨冬季陸續引進甜食 創造幸福商機

吃為百貨帶來人潮，年底來臨，百貨引進許多特色甜食與零嘴，帶來幸福商機。

微風廣場車站看準吃持續發燒，引入全新6家伴手禮櫃位，包含阮的肉干、Sol將現烤起司塔等；其中，Sol將現烤起司塔，是人氣蛋糕徹思叔叔在台開設的第二個品牌，以濃醇起司搭配酥脆塔皮吸引愛吃甜食的消費者，相鄰的兩家店預估一年可創造億元商機。

大葉高島屋的B1甜食與麵包也是消費者熱愛光顧的地點，9月起陸續引進日本的「雪精靈」，單月可創造30萬~40萬元業績，開幕近10天的ITALIAN TOMATO CAKE SHOP比原櫃位去年成長30%，各種迷你蛋糕、塔派、起司慕斯、鮮奶油等糕點挑逗味蕾。
