補習班的工作合約

我跟補習班簽了一年期的合約，時限是到明年的5月底。可是現在老闆藉故把之前說好的帶班獎金按比例的發放，與之前的說法不一。現在因為我工作半年來身體一直不好加上最近懷孕了，所以我想跟他說只做到明年一月底，提前解約，這樣會有問題嗎？

合約內容關於終止契約、離職：
1.甲方依外乙方的職種並視其能力及需要，指派致其他職缺或輪調之工作。
2.若甲方雙方未遵守此份合約各項規定，經雙方溝通無效後，雙方可合議提早終止勞動契約。
3.雙方若不續約，須在合約到期日前一個月通知對方，且雙方必須簽訂"終止勞動契約書"。"終止勞動契約書"簽訂後，乙方應以甲方之規定辦妥離職手續。
4.乙方如違反前條規定無故終止合約，則乙方需賠償甲方新台幣叁萬元整違約金。
