乖乖也中槍　味付海苔用到銅葉綠素鈉

【吳詠平／桃園報導】衛生局昨日接獲乖乖股份有限公司主動通報「孔雀夾心鬆餅-味付海苔」產品中用到「銅葉綠素鈉」，稽查人員前往查核，發現乖乖向「高仲企業有限公司」購買「天然葉綠素」，但實際購入產品是「銅葉綠素鈉」，使用在孔雀夾心鬆餅-味付海苔產品中。
 
該產品有2種包裝保存期限為1年，自101年11月1日至102年3月22日共生產10,472盒及45,144袋，目前庫存數量分別為185盒及235袋，將主動回收改正標示。
 
乖乖已違反《食品衛生管理法》第28條第1項規定，依同法45條第1項規定可處新臺幣4萬元以上20萬元以下罰鍰，並要求立即回收產品改正標示完竣始得販售。由於乖乖是主動通報，衛生局從輕裁處，限期7天內完成標示改正，如未落並實改善將提高罰則並一案一罰。
