實價揭露北市大安區公寓　單價破百萬

【張菱育／台北報導】內政部最新實價揭露資料，台北市大安區出現單價百萬元的公寓交易案，大多是位於1樓的店面或住家，其次是頂樓有增建的住家，且根據備註資料顯示，大多有增建情形，雖然增建並不合法，但在寸土寸金的台北市內，有增建的頂樓產品仍有一定的市場性。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，台北市精華區內的舊公寓，土地持分高，相對較有都更價值，且頂樓增建可以增加使用空間，甚至有房東拿來出租使用，不過畢竟不符合法規的規定，民眾挑選這類產品時最好特別注意，減少發生糾紛的機會。
