引擎長時間怠速運轉,建議用何種番數機油?

朋友的工作是交通局的路邊停車管理員,執行路邊停車開單的工作,所以他的機車經常一上工就很少在休息,就算休息也頂多休息個5~10分鐘(因為他是個工作狂!幫市府搶錢的殺手級人物!),算算時間引擎至少有7個小時在經常起步與怠速運轉模式中!
他的機車幾乎一星期就跑1000公里,新車剛滿一年就已經跑25000公里了!他也很守規矩的每1000公里更換機油,現在用的是嘉實多5W50的合成機油(黑罐),原因是他聽說5W50的機油在高溫下比較能讓引擎有良好的保護!?
我在爬文中看到大家都說5W50是適合用於長程騎程時使用,但依朋友他這種走走停停的工作來看,5W50真的適合嗎?所以想請教各位,這番數的機油是否真適合他的工作使用?或者各位會推薦何種番數機油?謝謝!!
