大陸麥芽糊精冒充台貨 食藥署：可罰30萬

壹周刊報導，國內最大的麥芽糊精製造商環泰公司，前年開始為了省成本，悄悄進口大陸製麥芽糊精，直接換成環泰包裝後當成自家生產產品出售，上個月黑心油爆發後才停止。衛福部食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美今天表示，已要求區管中心、桃園縣衛生局前往環泰查廠，若產品確實為大陸進口卻未標示原產地，依法可罰3萬到30 萬元。

姜郁美說，麥芽糊精主要用在餅乾、乳粉和營養添加物等，環泰從2011年迄今分別從中國進口9095噸、從泰國進口18.75噸的麥芽糊精，將釐清進口報關單，確認進口的麥芽糊精是否為食品級。
