Dr.Speed - 中華電信HiNet測速軟體，由台灣電信龍頭中華電信所推出的官方網路測速軟體，在網路施工完畢的時候，工程人員通常會使用此軟體來測試網路速度並展示給你看，它會實際模擬檔案的上傳下載，計算出實際的速率，測試完畢的時候可以按下「開啟測試報告」，會透過瀏覽器開啟線上報告網頁，提供一些相關的建議，但請注意！測試的時候建議選用網路線直接連接到中華電信數據機的電腦，這樣實測出來的數據才是準確的。（阿榮）（下載）
