愛滋感染者離職原因　逾6成與染愛滋相關

【張博亭／台北報導】衛生福利部桃園醫院今發表國內首份「愛滋感染者就業調查報告」，其中愛滋感染者離職原因，逾6成都與感染愛滋相關，包括上司強迫請辭或受到同事霸凌。其中佔比最高的是「被發現是HIV感染者」，另外也有不少感染者是遭同事羞辱或指指點點而離職，該項調查有效樣本數有137份。

桃園醫院感染科醫師鄭舒倖表示，調查發現，31位失業者當中，高達6成2離職原因和HIV有關，包括被發現是HIV感染者而離職者佔24%，有11%離職是被上司要求請辭，更有22%離職原因是因為遭同事羞辱或指指點點。

鄭並指，據衛福部統計，至今年10月底，國內愛滋感染者累計人數達2萬6148人，其中25歲至64歲就有2萬512人，比率高達78%，上班工作是他們主要經濟來源，不少感染者在職場遭歧視，因此選擇隱密病情，甚至擔心就醫留下病歷證據，不敢就醫服藥，不利於後續治療。
