「心情不好」擅移他人機車　遭罰1萬元

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市49歲劉姓男子，日前將宋姓住戶停在社區地下停車場的機車，擅自移到同社區另棟地下停車場藏置，被害人向八斗子派出所報案，警方調閱監視器找到機車，劉辯稱，社區管理很差，房價一直落，機車又亂停，所以心情很差，警方依竊盜罪嫌函送法辦；檢方認為「心情不好」與移動車輛毫無關聯，如果只是避免撞及機車，僅需移動幾公尺即可，且劉男並未在原放處留下紙條，念及劉男在庭上當場向宋男道歉，取得原諒，予以1年緩起訴處分，不過，得向國庫支付1萬元。
