請問有人有對生理假持負面看法，言之成理的意見嗎?

最近三讀通過的性平法修法，說有很多女性勞工受惠，想知道有沒有對這種假持負面看法的見解，或是本身是這種假的受害者或覺得立法不公的雇主，最好是有理論基礎或是數據佐證，不要是為反對而反對的，謝謝!
