行車紀錄器無失事畫面　車主疑車商動手腳

花蓮市1名黃姓男子1日行車時打滑撞到樹，剛買半年多的新車被撞成稀巴爛，日前黃男要調閱行車紀錄器時，卻發現有人疑似動過手腳，25日向警方報案。

據《蘋果日報》報導，黃男在今年3月購買售價104萬的全新銀白色休旅車，但在1日開車途經花蓮市華西路時，因天雨路滑撞到路樹，休旅車持續滑行20多公尺才停下來，黃男傷勢嚴重，肩胛骨摔斷，因此縫合了28針，剛買沒多久的新車也撞得稀巴爛。

黃男說，他車禍送醫後，車子也被送回原廠保管，不料幾天後前往車場欲調閱行車紀錄器，畫面竟不翼而飛。更奇怪的是，8G記憶卡內，僅剩下翻車後畫面約5G，翻車前卻是沒有畫面，懷疑是人為刪除。

負責保管車輛的陳姓廠長表示，沒有人動過那輛車，行車紀錄器後來就被傷者家屬拔走了，根本沒有人動過畫面。黃男認為，行車紀錄器是原廠配備， 負責保管車輛車商必須負責，25日向消保官及警方報案，希望能還原畫面，保障自己的權益。
