金管會擬鬆綁壽險資金可進行海外併購，富邦金(2881-TW)副董事長蔡明興表示，富邦人壽確實對東南亞有興趣，不過，當地金融機構現在實在太貴、買不下手；大陸是最好，因為大陸經濟經濟成長快，對資金需求大，對銀行發展較好。

政府近期重啟金融整併議題，蔡明興認為，長期來看，台灣金融業確實有整併的必要，因為台灣金融業不管要去大陸，還是東南亞，規模都是相當重要的條件，畢竟國際化避免不了大型化，這是一體兩面。

而在海外併購方面，蔡明興坦言，富邦人壽對東南亞非常有興趣，不過，東南亞金融機構的問題是股價淨值比(P/B)倍數都很高，達到3、4倍，「如印尼都已經來到4倍，買不下手」，相對來講，日本、大陸還比較便宜，尤其大陸應該是最好的，因為大陸經濟成長快，對資金需求大，相對銀行經營比較有利。
