Win7 備份還原問題

我用 x230 一年多了，覺得不錯，最近稱美國大打折又買了規格一模一樣的兩台回來。

原本的如意算盤是用 win7 的備份還原把現在在用的這台的系統、作業程式等，直接還原到新機器上。但試了幾次不成就是不成。

請問有沒有什麼軟體可以做到這樣的需求？

又如果將來更新硬體，比如說新的機器或新的硬碟，有沒有可以直接還原不需要重灌的方式？
