馬總統：先過服貿　貨品貿易接著登場

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今下午與五院院長茶敘，但立法院長王金平請假，由副院長洪秀柱代為出席。馬總統在會中提到，「兩岸服貿協議」在進行公聽會上，時間花的比較多，台灣的外商和臨近的國家，都在關心我國是否有足夠的決心和誠意，「立法院這工作要加速進行，儘快進入審查階段，這個過了之後，跟大陸的貨品貿易很快要登場」。

總統也說行政、立法部門好比車之兩輪，要有良性互動，才能提升政府效能。他感謝王金平和洪秀柱的領導，讓立法院一方面監督行政部門，一方面還能配合政府施政。

馬總統希望立院儘快通過服貿協議。
